SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR
ResilTech is looking for a System Administrator to take ownership of our well-established internal IT infrastructure. The system administrator will work closely with the IT Manager to ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain internal IT systems, including servers, networks, and user workstations.
- Provide first and second-level support to internal users (Helpdesk).
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to support development and testing environments.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Required Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, and experience with configuring routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies.

- Coordination of engineering activities: risk assessment, threat modeling, requirements, architectures.
