The objectives of the CogniSafe3D project are:
- Developing an intelligent, resilient and flexible safety system using advanced 3D LiDAR.
- Cognitive Prediction: AI techniques to anticipate human actions, enabling Human-Robot Collaboration (HRC) in real-time.
- Risk Monitoring: integrating traditional risk assessment methods with real-time feedback from robots to compute safety metrics and proactively mitigate potential hazards.
- Compliance with standards (ISO 13855:2022 and ISO/TS 15066:2016).
- Incorporating cybersecurity risk assessment based on ISA/IEC 62443.
- Evaluating and enhancing resilience and security of the system.
In the CogniSafe3D project, Resiltech is in charge of:
- Defining a methodology for the cybersecurity threat analysis and risk assessment suited for products and systems deployed in HRC context.
- Identifying the most appropriate mitigations to cover identified threats related to the involved OT devices and ML based HW/SW Solutions.
- Assuring cybersecurity is achieved for the Cognisafe3d solution in relevant HRC based dynamic environment.
