The Regional Program “Toscana Fse+ 2021-2027” is a funding initiative supported by the European Union through the European Social Fund Plus (FSE+). Its goal is to strengthen economic, social, and territorial cohesion by promoting employment, social inclusion, training, and gender equality, with a particular focus on disadvantaged groups such as young people, women, people with disabilities, and individuals over 30.
ResilTech has benefited from the resources of the FSE+ Tuscany 2021–2027 Programme by accessing the social security contribution reliefs provided for the hiring of young people, thereby supporting youth employment and the development of human capital in the region.
